Returns (up to 14 days)
You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Drop off at our store at 20 Rabbi Yedidiya Frankel Street, Tel Aviv, or arrange a courier return (contact us for pricing). A 5% cancellation fee (charged by the credit card company) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (up to 30 days)
You can exchange items within 30 days of delivery. For courier exchanges, contact us for pricing.

All bags come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Clothing and jewelry are not covered.

Wipe with a soft cloth using mild soap and warm water to remove most stains.
Most of our bags (faux leather and fabric) can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C for up to 30 minutes. Remove promptly to prevent buckle corrosion.
