We will accept any product purchased on the site within 14 days of receipt.

* The item can be returned provided that it has not been used or damaged in any way. The item must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition, including packaging, labels, and original tags.
** Items purchased during the sale cannot be refunded, but can only be exchanged for another product, or received credit for your next purchase (contact us by phone).
*** If you wish to return a product that you received with free shipping (whether on sale or in any other way), the shipping cost (25 NIS) will be deducted from the refund amount.

* By courier to 20 Frankel Street, Tel Aviv (you can contact us to coordinate with a courier company on our behalf). Return shipping cost - 30 NIS. The courier cost is at the customer's expense.
