Age restriction
Chilla sells products only to adults (age 18 and over). If the user is a minor, the site may only be purchased or used with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Product supply
The product will reach the customer within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase by courier to the customer's home (if the courier delivery option is selected), unless it is out of stock and it is our responsibility to notify you as soon as possible.
* Please note – We do our best to update the inventory quantities of items on the site as accurately as possible, however, there may be cases where an item that is indicated as being in stock on the site will actually not be in stock in the store. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to inform you.
* We try to convey the appearance and color of the item to you as accurately as possible. However, the images on the site are for illustrative purposes only. The images are taken under different lighting conditions, so the items may appear slightly different in color. If you are unsure about a particular color, you are welcome to contact us at any time for assistance.
responsibility
All products on the site have a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects and wear and tear due to use, upon presentation of a purchase receipt or purchase invoice.
