Returns/Exchanges
You can return an item purchased on the site up to 14 days after receipt. The item can be returned independently to our store at 20 Rabbi Yedidiya Frankel Street, Tel Aviv. It can also be returned by courier for a cost of 29 NIS. A 5% cancellation fee (charged by the credit card company) will be deducted from the refund.
You can exchange an item up to 30 days after receiving it. If you would like to exchange it using a courier, the cost is 29 NIS each way: outward (bringing the item from you to us) - return (bringing the item you are interested in to you), i.e. 58 NIS.

We provide a full 12-month warranty on any defect in the bag due to wear and tear resulting from reasonable use.
There is no warranty on clothing and jewelry products.

Cleaning with a soft cloth with a little soap and warm water will help remove most stains.
Most of our bags (leatherette and fabric) can be washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C for up to 30 minutes. It is important to remove the bag from the machine quickly to prevent the buckles from corroding.
