who made my bag?

100% HANDMADE AND LOCAL

Our bags are designed by Gil Lemel, who personally handles every step of the process—from designing the bags to carefully selecting fabrics and hardware from local vendors in the vibrant streets of South Tel Aviv. Once the materials are chosen, they are sent to one of our workshops in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, where each bag is meticulously handmade in small batches. Every piece is crafted with care, supporting local artisans and ensuring top quality.

inspiration for the design

Back in 2016, I designed the Helga Fanny Pack, aiming for a minimalist and comfortable accessory with a wide cut to hold everything I needed. This first design quickly became a best-seller and has remained largely unchanged.

I named it after my mother-in-law, Helga, a strong, wise, and warm-hearted woman who always puts her family first. Her positive, accepting nature inspires me daily, and I wanted to infuse that energy into one of my favorite designs.
