This is the second bag I've bought! I can vouch that my previous bag has been with me for about 5 years and it's still holding up. I ordered a new one because I wanted a bigger one too. I really, really love the design, and it's so nice to know it's vegan. My only small feedback on this specific model: it's not the easiest to open quickly. First the outer clips and then another zipper, and the back pocket isn't the easiest to reach while standing or walking. I'd prefer a horizontal pocket of the same size on the front, and a bit more room for a wider water bottle. That's it. The inside is well organized: the laptop compartment fits easily and the inner pocket is a good size too.
